Not only does VOX have an exciting partnership lined up with Planned Parenthood for our spring concert, but we can now announce our collaborations with two extraordinary women artists!
Joining us as the narrator for our spring concert, an exploration of a mother's hopes and dreams for her child's future, is Tony award-winning actress Joanna Gleason. Among Joanna's Broadway credits are Tom Stoppard's The Real Thing, Nick & Nora, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, and her unforgettable role as the Baker's Wife in the original cast of Into the Woods, for which she won both a Drama Desk and a Tony Award. Her numerous film and television appearances include everything from Hannah and Her Sisters and Boogie Nights to The West Wing and Friends.
In addition, emceeing our Cabaret evening is the hilarious Jennie McNulty, whom The New England Blade has proclaimed as "one of the premiere comedians in the country." In addition to headlining comedy clubs and events across the country, Jennie's career has taken her all over the world, including entertaining the troops in Afghanistan. She has spent the past 6 summers performing nightly in Provincetown, MA. and was a regular host at the Improv at Harrah's in Las Vegas.
